Lost my install files for this and have the s/n.
Please consider sharing your install files with me as I can't find them anywhere on the internet since Magix bought Sound Forge from Sony. I'd really appreciate it. I have version 5.2a, but the d version is really needed for my purposes.

MAGIX transferred all the Sony Creative Software account information to their site https://www.magix.com/us/.pport/my-service-center/ including product downloads. The CDA download should be listed in your account.
