After the initial excitement with the launch of the new CbB  version I've sort of cooled down.
I won't go into problem details, none mentioned, none forgotten ... but as I see it it is still not a rock of stability.
If not now, then when ? And yes I have passed that ****ty moment in life when I realized I'm not gonna live forever.

As I see it, the DAW have now been under development for over 2 years  ... how much longer will it take before a crash becomes the exception ... and not the norm ? I'm getting nervous about that we maybe are talking years here ... and I'm wondering with million of lines of code ... can it be done ? Realistically ?

Any thoughts ?

PS. I'm sorry for the potential off-topicness of this, and also sorry if I am ruining the party in the lounge with my worries.

Yeah.  I'm using Cubase 9.5 Pro.   I really like, "not having a complete headache over this, and not having to worry about what happens to software companies."

Thanks for the tip about the lava lamp, best solution I've heard of so fare.
