So a while pack I had tried to direct the install of Sonar to my D: where there was much more space. That was a mistake. Now things a bit all over. Although I did a complete uninstall and reinstall through command center remnants must have remained in the registry as FX Chains, Track Icons, Templates, etc. all do not appear without massaging. 
 
According to the Registry the Userfiles are at C:\Users\Joe\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum when in fact they are on the D:. So I went ahead and copied them from the D: to the folder defined in the registry but they are still not recognized. 
 
If I do FILE \ NEW \ TEMPLATE it only sees the BASIC. So can someone tell me the trick needed to get Sonar to recognize these additional files? I Can obviously create and save some of my own but wanted to have some starting points.

Many of the folder locations, including templates, are defined in Preferences http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3&help=0x201D9
 

Duh! - Why did I not look there. Thank you. 
 
And the reason it didn't work when I dropped them in the other folder was the registry had them just as Sonar Platinum and not the fully defined path. All is good now. Thank you much!!!
