My many thanks to chuckebaby.
I have NO audio device other than my RealTek chinesium onboard audio nestled inside Lenovo Corp i5, my DA7 laments in the corner wrapped in plastic as I am a fully fledged midiot for now.
If i watch a youtue, pause it, open SPlat and work I can OCCASIONALLY get the buzz / lock via ASIO4ALL so
1. no open browsers. or at least those with potential audio, which in todays age could be all of them.
So buy a real midi / audio interface or NO WEB.

Hey G,
I have experienced similar problems in the past when using ASIO4ALL.
Its a good Band Aid (if you don't have an audio interface) but the conflicts between onboard audio and ASIO4ALL can be, at sometimes bizarre.
But as long as both soundcards (onboard and ASIO4ALL) are not being used at the same time one can get productive results.
My advise is to put a few bucks aside and purchase a used Focusrite Saffire.
They can be had for under 100 US dollars and the quality of the pre amps are great.
This will also allow you to use onboard audio to watch you tube videos at the same time Sonar is open.
This is because they are using independent soundcards VS sharing a wrapped ASIO4ALL with onboard Relatek.
If your using Sonars latest version (with Windows 10) you might fair better by trying out the WASSAPI driver mode.
This will be better than ASIO4ALL.
