So i finally got arround to buying a new headset that plugs into my Audiobox 2 usb so i can work more productively without using MME.
Anyway this is what is being reported by Sonar , So can i lower it even further and what settings would i change please ?

If you click the actual image on Imgur , It will become full screen and clear.

Thanks

I just tried on my phone and for some reason it wouldn't enlarge. I just went on my Desktop and could so not sure if the app is needed to enlarge or request desktop mode in the phone browser.

Can nobody help with this , I would just like the best settings please , I have also gone from 16 bit to 24 bit 44.1KhZ for all future recordings .

But what are the best ones to use for me  ?

Your latency is reported under the driver settings. Essentially it's samples/sample-rate to work out your time in milliseconds. Also add any offsets like round trip latency.

e.g. 1024 samples at 44100Hz is 23ms add on plus an offset of 10ms would make 33ms.

If you want less latency you need higher sample rates and smaller buffers meaning more CPU use as a cost.

Try 512 Samples or even 256 to see how your system performs. You have a modern system very little bottlenecks with the SSD drive.

On my system it's reported as 56.4ms at 44.Khz 32-bit using a 10ms ASIO buffer.

Hi. Your latency seems fine for me, for recording.
It shows 9,7 ms RTL in SONAR, on the photo.
As long as I get below 10 ms RTL, I'm ok with it.
If you don't have any issues when recording now, leave it as is.
When you start mixing, increase the latency.
Hope it helps.
All the best.

using your soundcards preference panel.
When recording.. latency needs to be manageable, however when mixing you don't need to have it as low.
