How would i do that  ?

I don't have an Audiobox, but my guess is to change the safe mode to high latency when mixing.

Your latency looks fine. Note it is not something that you just set and leave! It is something that you manage while you are working. In Preferences > Audio > Driver settings you should see a button that says Asio Panel. That should launch the ASIO panel for your device and allow you to select a buffer size. The lower the buffer, the less latency but the more CPU strain. The higher you go the less CPU strain but higher latency. So you want to keep it low for tracking (to monitor your performance live with minimal delay) and high for mixing when input latency is not an issue but you need CPU resources for plugin processes etc. If you set it too low for the available resources you will start hearing popping, clicking, getting dropouts etc. To fix that, set the ASIO buffer higher. There are no exact recommended settings to use at any one time. It all depends on your audio device, system, workflow etc.

I never change my buffer. I set it at the lower medium end and just leave it there. On the Tascam and Scarlett it's the same which computes to about 24-27 ms RTL. I think this is 256 ms but Scarlett  shows this as 7ms and the Tascam calls it Medium lowest.
The reason is I don't use real time effects while recording, and at this setting I don't have problems with recording midi. Only time I change it to 3 on the scarlett is when tracking digital drums,, but even at that setting I still hear an echo so for me there's no point changing.
