This seems to fix all the issues I've noticed. Good Work!

Do people need to install 2.0.1 first?
(Don't see anything in documentation).

If not in my view might be worth taking down the 2.0.1 patch and merging the release notes.

2.0.1 does not need to be installed first. The 2.0.2 installer will update what you have or work on a clean system (just as the 2.0.1 installer did).

Thanks...

First issue:

As I mentioned in the other thread, this is actually the intended behavior when installing Rapture on a system with a previously defined Cakewalk Content path, and is unchanged from the previous installers.

I've responded to your response on that thread, and won't bother polluting this thread and copying and pasting my response here :).
It's not altogether optimal IMHO.
Thanks.

RP 2.0.2 First impressions.

Much better well done...Looks like you cleared the bugs at least for PC.

However here are the outstanding issues IMHO...

1) Install issue - see my previous posts. Currently being discussed on another thread.
2) Browser windows height still far too small. Why can't it be the height of the mixer form?
3) Highlighting selected value in Type/Program - Still a greyish bar quite hard to see.
4) Great that logging is turned on/off - but is the file path REALLY still hard coded? - See #11
5) No settings section for file paths. I need to be able change to any folder in that UI. Check almost any NI soft synth to see what I mean.
6) Still seems to be really hard to locate all samples under one folder if you want to get rid of legacy Rapture and Dimension.
7) No UI for a lot of functionality where there are shortcut keys only. Not friendly.

So I'm looking forward to the next update, please confirm that will happen.

Also some questions...

* According to release notes "Sample file management improvements" - what are the specifics I don't see much improvement.
* Startup is speeded up (excellent!) - is it still scanning on startup or is it still a manual process?
* Not listed in the release notes - the version is 2.00.2.541 yes?

Many Thanks..

EDITED SEE RESPONSES BELOW.

Argh missed one!

8) If there is something wrong with the sample we need realtime feedback within the rapture pro UI (not just in the log files). This of course should have an on/off toggle as it could get annoying..

Also can we please get rid of some of the stickies here (I have commented on these threads)..

Thanks..
