Had trouble with the samples on this one.  You get the idea.  I tried to limit myself to only 5 instruments.  Good experiment.  Sorry if you were expecting guitars....

BTW this is my first stab at Cinematic Studio Strings Solo.  They sound great (in parts).  Other times it would just randomly not play the samples here and there.  Oh well.

The best part of this piece is its name.  If I start to hear this played in my favorite Mexican restaurants, then I might reconsider.

If the goal is to get people to listen, then it's a very good name.  Sorry it's not your cup of tea.

a Mexican mariachi orchestra - just such a fantastic tune - slow - but kept my interest - very clever.

Love it.

Thanks for the comment.  Is it too...too...you know....I wonder if I'll be accused of racism.

I know you're probably sick of listening to this, but here's a version with the embertone, joshua bell strad as first violin.

Hi David,
Well,it must have been quite a fair amount of work to arrive here....
Only my point of view: I am not totally convinced with this long reverb. And, I don't know if real world musicians would articulate exactly this way. For me( again ,personnal opinion) thoose kind of samples can do the job drowned in a mix but her " in your face" it must be very difficult to edit all the articulations to render the feeling of the interpretation.
Anyway thanks for sharing.
All the best.
Olivier.

Yes, in cinematic strings solo there's only four articulations and they're very subtle so hard to hear.  I also had problems with them chiming on time.  Thanks for listening Olivier.

Well it seems my tiff with brundlefly is increasing listenership on soundcloud.  Way to go brundlefly!
