Anyone else having issues with their Komplete Kontrol keyboard not connecting to Sonar after this latest update?  My 88 just sits there "Connecting".  I selected Mackie Contol, and set input/output to Komplete Kontrol 1....which is how I've always done it, but now it just won't connect.....so my soft synths can't be played.
 
I love Sonar and it has features other DAWs wish they had.  But it seems to me that Sonar is EONS behind in connectivity to external controllers (Faderport 8, many others)  C'mon Sonar...

I have heard about issues before though with the Komplete Kontrol even in X3.

So it might not be Sonar as much as the connectivity on your keyboard and the way you are setting it up.
We take a lot of things for granite these days in the times we live in with technology so advanced, however with that being said, we still need to learn a bit about how things are connected.

I have an S88 and use Azslow's plugin. Never had an issue when using it, and it is more reliable than the built-in Mackie Control.

OK... I'll check out the plugin.  I had tried it before for the Faderport 8, but he said the F8 wasn't supported.

Awesome!  I have sound and apparently control of my softsynths (again)!  I wonder why my S88 has been working up until this last update though????

Could have been an update to windows, possibly something within a hardware or driver conflict.
Possibly even a USB or midi port went in to sleep mode. that's happened to me before.
