I did not get the email from support. Also, I never noticed the demo tab. The only thing in there is a Rapture Pro demo.

So I still have no access to the CA-2A

Please check your spam/junk folders. The date stamps "Thu, 08 Jun 2017 08:33:25 -04:00"

Try checking C3 again, I had IT do a switch on the backend. It should be showing up now.

Thank you Seth... Yup it was in my junk folder which is odd. Yes, I see it is in there now. I have the latest version of Sonar and all the goodies. Ill look for the limiter next. Thanks again.

Everything is showing up but... cannot activate the CA-2A. Not from Command Center and not w/ offline activation. Hmmmm.

Hi Dickie,

[link=mailto:CA-@a]CA-[/link]2A is only listed as a trial product on your account and that's time limited, there doesn't seem to be a full version associated with your account.

I'll make sure support follows up with you via e-mail, but I don't have any additional access or information to purchases or activations on your account at this time.

No worries. It was obviously a giveaway at some point. It was in command center and I used it in PC without issue.

I have been informed I don't own it and it was a trial which is odd since it wasn't ever on my system before as a trial.

Disappointed? Yup.

+1
It is one of the best Cakewalk plug ins I've used. I have tried a few different kinds (Waves, exc)
But this one really nails the analog characteristics of the CA 2A.
So as John said, if you can, but it.. you wont regret it.

36 hrs, 2 emails to support and no reply.
Wow. Glad I rarely need actual tech support.

Oh yeah and the new limiter doesnt show up anywhere either.

It's good practice to not flood them with emails about the same issue.
