Hi... hoping someone can help.
 
I'm using a Vocal track send an Vocal FX Bus that has the WAVES ADT plugin inserted on it. I want to trigger the ADT only on the choruses with automation.
 
But the only option for the ADT Bus in my Vocal automation lane is the WAVES ADT Send Pan. This not the case with all the other FX bus insert plugins. I can automate Send Levels and Pan Levels. Just not on the ADT. Is this not possible?
 
Any ideas appreciated!
 
 

Check the plug-in properties and in another host if possible. Although I suspect that maybe a big of some sort.

The send control in a track should not care in the least what plug is in the destination bus.
That said, For fun try removing the ADT plugin from the bus and let us know if the send level re-appears please.

i checked this out yesterday, it's all fine with the waves reel adt plug, the bus send is available as usual, i couldn't understand the problem, the mention of waves adt send bus etc through me a bit, thought i must be misunderstanding something and just moved on. but it works fine here (to my understanding)

Okay... so I feel like a dummy!! If The Grim has it working, I thought it HAS to be there... at least it's supposed to be there. So... 
 
The Reel ADT Send Level IS there (yay!), but it's separate from the Reel ADT Send Pan Level. All the other Vocal plugin sends I have in the automation lane to various busses where the plugins are have all their various automatable parameters together in a group. The Reel ADT Send Level is at the top of my automation lane drop-down (even above the track volume), and the Send Pan Level is at the bottom.
