Removing my AlphaTrack from the control surfaces section fixed the problem.
 
I didn't have the AT plugged in, but it was set up in Midi > Control Surfaces.

It's always something so simple, yet because we don't give it any thought, it becomes a HUGE problem when trying to fix the issue.  
 
I'm glad you found out what the problem was.
