Is there a way to send a control to change a profile in a Kemper Profiler with just USB within Sonar Platinum?  Both of my MIDI ports are used for the MIDI pedal board I am using (Behringer FCB1010)?

Does your Kemper show up as a Midi device in Sonar when connected via USB? This would be necessary for Sonar to talk to the Kemper. Assuming so I would guess a sysex message from sonar would do what you need. (Would need a search of the manual and maybe some trial and error however to get the string right.)
