For me, (just like it was a few days ago), regardless of which of the the two ways to open Melodyne, it just opens the same clip I was just working on and had closed.
THE name at the bottom tab clearly shows the NAME of the clip I want, BUT THE BLOBS I see are the clip I was just working on.
Even when I create fresh new Melodyne region, I see blobs of the one I was working on just prior.
Of course very frustrating.

I've seen similar behaviour here. It's like the Melodyne Editor will only open ONE instance.

I'm wondering if this is by design. I only have the Editor Version but the Studio version allows multitrack editing. Have they deliberately made it so multiple instances of the Editor can't be opened?

First, lets break things down a bit. like how you are creating your clips ?

The typical work flow is to Drag+Select a region of a clip.
Then Right click on top of that selected region and choose= Region FX / Melodyne.

Once all my edits are complete, I "Bounce to clips" to free up more resources.
But this also makes the clip not editable in Melodyne anymore (Unless you make it a region FX again).
Which version of Sonar are you using ?

Turning on "Options|Follow Clip Selection in DAW" helps because I can get to see the different clips without restarting Sonar.
BUT that does not explain why (when that option is unchecked) Melodyne does not change the view of the selected clip when I open the Melodyne editor for the next clip.

Where is Options>Follow Clip Selection in DAW ? I can't find it.

Can someone try this:
Make sure ""Follow Clip Selection in DAW" is under Options" is unchecked
Try opening the Editor for different Melodyne clips.
Do you get a screen with "blobs" for the newly selected clip?

On my computer, EVEN THOUGH Melodyne indicates the name of the clip in the Editor has changed to the one I selected, the blobs stay showing the last prior selected clip.

I HAVE CONFIRMED THIS ISSUE OVER AND OVER on my computer (and messed up a lot of my work thinking I was editing the newly selected clip)

I'm using Melodyne Editor 4.1

Under options I Have:
Note Editor
Scale Editor
Pitch Grid
Time Grid
Show Info Pane
Assign File Tempo
Auto Scroll

Follow Clip Selection in DAW is not there. Is it only available with the Studio edition? Can anyone confirm?

CONFIRMATION Melodyne 4.1 update causes the problem

My "other older computer" still had Melodyne build 4.0.2.003, and it behaves properly (does not have problem I described above). Also, BTW, the menu item under Options "Follow Clip Selection in DAW" was not in 4.02.003, so it must have been added in 4.1 update.
I updated the other computer from 4.0.2.003 to 4.1 and it now has the same problem:
When "Follow Clip Selection in DAW" is under Options" is unchecked, Melodyne does not show blobs for subsequent selected clips. Continues to show blobs from first clip selected.
