Does update all in CCC update hidden folders

I haven't installed all of sonar. I've hidden everything I've not installed in CCC. If I click 'Install all' when looking at the Parent Sonar Folder, will it install all the hidden folders too?
Seems I have more hidden than shown.

I actually haven't seen it work for non-hidden folders, so I would be surprised if it worked for hidden ones.
