Ive purchased Vocal Align this morning and for the first time with any plug, got real problems. I have it authorised in the iLOK Licence Manager but upon loading Splat there was no sign of it. I couldn't find it anywhere on my pc either. After several hours of trying and at the last attempt, Splat saw it and opened up an Authorisation dialogue. I entered the number from the email I got, and although there were little green ticks to each box, it then said there had been too many attempts and that I need a new number. Now upon loading Splat its missing again.
Ive emailed support but no reply as yet. My PC did the new Windows Update yesterday and I'm wondering if that is fouling things up. Any ideas would be gratefully received, thanks!
