Not having SONAR Professional, I have to rely on info provided by the April 2016 eZine. It says SONAR Professional includes TH3 in the Boutique Suite. It is pretty easy to trigger the full version Demo mode in TH3 Cakewalk. The only way I know to reset the plug-in back to TH3 Cakewalk is remove the folder mentioned above and reinstall.

Open the Cakewalk Command Center. If you don’t have the latest version (CakewalkCommandCenterSetup_1.1.5.0.exe), please download it from the Cakewalk Command Center home page.
To download the SONAR 2016.06 core update, download from the core SONAR Artist, Professional, or Platinum category.
Platinum users should also download the Boutique Suite to install TH3 Cakewalk Edition (for Artist and Professional, TH3 Cakewalk Edition is included in the core program installer).
 
Funny thing is from the time I purchased Professional and downloaded it back in March of this year there was never a Boutique file listed that was yellow. I just recently stumbled on the issue when I was working on a needed guitar track. I will try to delete it and see if it shows up as needing to be downloaded again and see if it opens the Cakewalk version. Some weird goings on for sure. One other thing when the article mentions this: download from the core
SONAR Artist,Professional, or Platinum category. Does that not mean through Control Center? It should all show up in there correct? If so that's the issue as it never has shown up. Maybe I need to do a complete un-install of Professional and re- install it.
 

Yes, everything should be in the Command Center. References to the "SONAR core" mean the parent line in the Command Center for the SONAR installers. IOW, the SONAR Platinum/Professional/Artist line. Expanding the parent (the arrow at the far left of the line) should show several other installers.

Scook, yeah everything is downloaded when expanded. Now I have that same image as above that says
But it's running in demo mode. I guess I'll have to wait till the demo runs out and it will act normally again?

Did you remove/rename %appdata%\Overloud\TH3 before re-installing? If not, I suspect the plug-in will stop working. The image refers to activating the FULL version. TH3 Cakewalk requires no authorization and does not run in demo mode. It is possible to launch the full version demo mode from TH3 Cakewalk though. It is not clear if you are really running the full version demo mode or confusing TH3 Cakewalk as the full version demo mode.

Sent you a PM about this as well, but for whatever reason when I loaded it into a track for the first time it asked me to activate it. So I hit the activate button and then it said it was running in demo mode for 14 days. This is I'm guessing the full version running with all the amps and effects. Although it says TH3 Cakewalk at the top it's loaded with stuff that I know should not be there. As far as %appdata%\Overloud\TH3 I am not even sure what that is to be honest. I am a guy coming way up from Sonar 6,8 Producer to a whole new world 
Truth is I'm getting ready to wipe out everything and start fresh in Control Center :(

A folder which needs to be renamed/removed BEFORE installing TH3 again. This should make TH3 forget you turned on demo mode and restore TH3 Cakewalk. Again more info is in the PM.

Got your message thanks! The weird thing is in control center there never has been a boutique suite. Sent you an image of whats in control center. That's what tech support is trying to figure out why it's not even showing up. Will go back at it tomorrow. Thanks again for the info as it makes sense now, I'm just forgetful some times.

I have no first-hand experience with SONAR Professional. I can only go by what is written about its organization. If there are files missing from your account, support will have to handle that. It begs the question, how the plug-in got installed originally? Regardless, from the information provided, it does appear that the full version demo was activated. I believe the only way to get the free TH3 Cakewalk version back is removal of the %appdata%\Overloud\TH3 folder and reinstallation of the plug-in.

Will take care of that tomorrow and get it back to the free version. Baffles me how it got in there with no file to download...LOL! Waiting on tech support to sort out why it's not showing up in download of command center.
