I just realized that I've updated to Manchester U1 since you last posted and haven't experienced a single one of these message loading or exiting Sonar.  And I never have CCC running, but I am online.  Just to make sure, I just turned my wifi off and still no messages (thank the Gods).
 
Odd that Willy says it's inevitable.  I hope it isn't.

Strange. As long as your logged into CC you should not get the message on any PC

It's OK now. After launcing Command Centre just once I no longer get the popup.

I'm not logged into Command Centre very often. I normally use the offline installation method.
