Working with Sonar Artist. I record a couple of measures on a midi track. After listening I want to continue recording the melody, but once I hit the record button I don’t hear what I just recorded anymore. Worked With Sonar 7 PE before and never had this kind of problems. Anybody?

Hi. My guess is that you are in comping mode, when you want to be in sound on sound mode.
Try right clicking on the "Record" button, and switch to "SOS".
Other might know better.

Yay.. solved! In Sonar 7 PE there was a visible button to switch modes, but couldn't find it here and the help section on the site doesn't seem to work.
