I have an
AMD 8320
GTX 660 TI O/C
Creative X-Fi Gamer updated drivers
Windows 7 64bit
 
Bought MC 6 Touch over the weekend through Steam sale, since then it has done nothing but crash my system, as in freeze, have to press the restart button.  I have reinstalled W7, and the problem just won't go away, any ideas? gonna try installing on a seperate HDD with Vista on it...

Please contact tech support directly about this. They should be able to get you sorted out. This is likely an issue of MC6T not being able to access the driver (sometimes being held open by Creative)

Often we (users) recommended users of Soundblasters to use ASIO4ALL to bridge the drivers with cakewalk.  you can find ASIO4ALL by google, download, unzip, install, then change the driver mode in MC6 to ASIO.
 
I've used this process myself on a computer I have MC and a soundblaster on and it seems to work perfectly.

I was using ASIO4ALL as well, because I was having problems with MIDI... Re formatted again, this time without the previous program and left out a feature in my Creative software that auto adjusts different sound sources.  Hope it works...
