I posted on the steam forum (i bought mc6 touch in the recent sale.) No salient replies, searched and scoured far and wide, but maybe the pros here may have an answer. When I first installed I was able to use the staff view to insert notes with a workable grid. Somehow, now, however, even after uninstalling and deleting application folders, it no longer works. The grid works in all the other views, but nada in staff. I was told that the staff view is on a separate grid from the main grid, so it's understandable if the two settings don't match up. However, I can't get the staff to grid at all. Main grid controlls on, off, fiddled with settings related to grid and snap. I try to place notes precisely but they're always off by milliseconds. This is bad. I can't keep manually editing the value of each note, that's very difficult. I read somewhere that MC6 is based off a gutted sonar x1 engine which suffered this same problem. Is this a "noted" (pun intended hehe why not have fun) bug? I have a video on utube describing the prob but it says I can't post links yet. Anyway just wondering if anyone encountered this and if there's a fix?
