If I looked all over the world
And there's every type of girl
But your empty eyes
Seem to pass me by
Leave me dancing with myself

So let's sink another drink
'Cause it'll give me time to think
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
And I'll be dancing with myself

Oh dancing with myself
Oh dancing with myself
Well there's nothing to lose
And there's nothing to prove
I'll be dancing with myself

Slow down... take a breath, and relax.

You have some of the best and most knowledgeable folks on this site trying to help you.

It's always good to listen, and respond to the things we tell you to check and try.  Many here have had the same exact problems that you, as a new sonar user are having, and we have asked for help and figured things out and now we're trying to help you.

No one cares where you're from or how old or young you are or if you're male, female, black white ot something else entirely. All that matters here is the music and the software and if you're having a problem, trying to help you resolve it.

No one is setting beside you so it's incumbent that you try to work with the advice you have been given to resolve the issue on your own using the advice given. You learn more when you figure things out anyway...I know I did.  Heck... it took me nearly 2 weeks when I was getting started to even get sound out of my speakers.... talk about a slow learner. And I know I frustrated the folks trying to help me with my frustration. It happens..... But eventually, you will "get it" and get things sorted.

Latency is a very solvable problem that many folks have.  I'm not a fan of ASIO4ALL since it's essentially a wrapper running on a very latency prone driver usually MME. In addition, I have never been able to get it to run properly on any of my computers.  If you have a Focusrite interface, get the ASIO driver for it from the factory and use it. You may still need to make adjustments to the settings but hey, that's the best option. I run a Focusrite interface and ASIO and my latency is a non-issue.

Anyway... I'm not jumping in with advice... just making a statement that I've been where you are now, and so have everyone else.  Follow the advice being given and always try to respond back to the giver of the advice with a follow up post detailing what you did, how you did it and what happened or didn't happen. That way, you can get the best help possible.

Hah, tell me about it. It took me a week to get any sound at all, then I had an instant beep in the system for several years. It disappeared when I moved to another appartment.
