The metronome has disappeared

Hello. I apologize for not speaking good English.

I'm writing for a problem with the audio metronome. I was editing a song.

I had the metronome in play and recording and everything worked fine.


  
After changing the beat subdivision in 1/2 I did not hear the metronome anymore. I reset the beat to 1 but the metronome does not work yet.
The metronome bus volume is high. There is no signal in the metronome bus. In other songs, the metronome works well.

Please help me. Thanks so much

Try toggling the global FX bypass button in the Control bar's mix module. As strange as it sounds there was a past metronome issue that was resolved by turning this on and off.

Thank you Bruce. I don't understent why but toggling the FX button the metronome is working again.

As I have been gratefully taught by helpful members of this forum, the keyboard shortcut for the FX Bypass is 'E'. Which is next to 'R' for record. I was accidentally hitting E, while innocently thinking I was just hitting 'R. '

I had the same problem and this fixes it.

SONAR can we get this fixed in a future patch please? Took me a while to troubleshoot
