The Capture series have been known to have pretty bad shielding. The first Studio capture I bought had a high pitch sound coming from it. The replacement isn't so bad. I guess that's why Roland considers these units "Legacy" products now.

Did you try disconnecting the USB cable? Often hums are issues via the USB system.
It's certainly worth a try. If the noise goes away use a USB cable with a Ferrite Choke.
