I checked my setup and like you I have my OS on a SSD card (480GB) and in my rush to load Sonar I didn't change the default folders in CC, so was surprised to find how much space was taken up.  Changed the defaults and must have messed something up and ended up having to do a clean re-install of Sonar (was worth it in the end).  So just a little warning to do it step by step and don't rush it like I must have done .

Was well worth it though, saved around 26Gig, so thanks for the advice

This is why I use a directory junction

You mean using MKLink?

Yes, I got a PM about it so I will post my reply with the steps here.

The name of the new location could be any valid path. In this example I am assuming the default location of "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads" and a new location of "D:\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads"

FYI, ProgramData is a hidden directory.

1. Create the new location "D:\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads"
2. Move the contents from "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads" to "D:\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads"
3. Delete "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads"
4. run cmd.exe as administrator
5. type
mklink /j "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads" "D:\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads"
