Chinese language is hidden and I will show you how to set it.
1,Change the language of Command Center to Chinese. Find "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\settings.xml, open it in notepad，find"<LanguageId>3(or 1/2/4/5/6)</LanguageId>", change the number to 7, save.
PS:I don't know why Chinese language is hidden, maybe it is too shy.
2,Run Registry Editor, find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\Language", double click , type "Chinese", click OK.
Launch Sonar, you will see the language is simplified Chinese.

That's good for the menus and such but all the graphics and typed text are still English.
 
I suspect to get the whole thing in a different language one needs to install it that way from the start.
