I have an issue that I am trying to get my floorboard controller to work with my guitar sims in Sonar, but they don't seem to be receiving any MIDI messages. The controller I am using is a Line 6 FBV Express Mk2.
 
First, I know that the floorboard works with the standalone versions of GR5, AT3, and AT4.
 
Second, I have checked that the devices appear in the MIDI configuration under Preferences.
 
Third, I have made sure that for the plugin, Enable MIDI input is selected.
 
However, I am getting no response from the plugin.
 
I know I had this working a while back.  What am I missing?

make a separate midi track, just select 'midi only' for the instrument, then on the midi tracks output selector. select your amp sims midi input and you should be right to go
 
[edit] of course have the input of your midi track set to your controller or just leave it at all inputs should also be fine
