Hey all, I just recently got a new mac, and my Sonar Cakewalk program is on my PC laptop. I can't find my installer CD to save my life! I registered the program when I first purchased it, so I was wondering if there was a way to use my serial number to access a digital download of Sonar for Mac using my serial number. I really don't want to purchase recording software again, I've gotten quite comfortable with Sonar X1, the only reason I upgraded is because my cheap laptop couldn't handle any more than a few edits to a song without the project crashing and playback cutting out. Any help would be much appreciated!

The Mac release is a lesser version. You can download it from your products page.

I recommend using bootcamp and installing a windows partition for Sonar.

I've been running this way for years now...

You don't need the Sonar installer disk.

Hi Ryan,

As a registered owner, it should be available to download from your CW account.  If you can't remember your login details, you may have to contact CW support.

But don't worry, it will be there.  I go back years with CW and all of my old versions of X1/2/3 are in my account to download if I wish.
