That gives you the layout of the drums and MIDI notes.
Sam's looking for the Sonar drum map(s).
 
Granted, you can DIY and develop Sonar maps...

If you PM me, I can dropbox you the maps that I use.  The main one is just the standard map from the original EZ Drummer, but it works perfectly with EZ2.
