On a wider issue, it is odd that we need convoluted workarounds, such as writing CAL scripts, because SONAR doesn't expose more parameters for keybinding.
I find using shortcuts to be WAY quicker than having to grab mouse/navigate to icon/click button

Absolutely Jonesey - and it is perplexing that in the last couple of updates bindings have disappeared from the list, but you are still able to load keyboard shortcuts exported from previous versions to use them. Screensets and the ability to lock/unlock them is an example.

Bruce - you're obviously completely right, it's the "UNsolo all tracks" feature I'm after. :)
 
I click that solo button in the Control Bar with the mouse all the time to remove all solos, so having it bindable for a keyboard shortcut would be a real timesaver! Feels weird that it's been forgotten...
 
Similarly, it would be nice to be able to "UNarm all tracks" that might be armed, using a keyboard shortcut.
 
And finally, being able to Archive a track using a single shortcut would also be convenient. (You can do a convoluted workaround and hit SHIFT-F10, which is the equivalent of a right click, and then going "A", if I remember correctly...)

Me too cyberzip. No brainer:) 

Yeah, just bought Sonar Pro after years of 8.5.3 and X1, none of the feature requests made for DECADES have been addressed, like vari-speed, latching auto-play, latching auto play-then-record-in-to-out, "unsolo all" and "un-arm all" shortcuts, etc...
 
FWIW, you can work around it by assigning Ctrl+S in track view shortcuts to "solo", then when working- Ctrl+A (select all) then Ctrl+S will un-solo all tracks. It's a workaround, but- no mouse. Same with defining Ctrl+R to arm track, etc.
 
So many things have been removed that were essential and functional to me after 8.5.3. it's hard to use the new software for me, I bought the newest for support, but will run my studio in 8.5.3 since it has so much more flexibility in configuring, especially in custom defining the GUI. I have NO idea what the Bakers are thinking when they remove so much functionality in customization! Dang. I mean, auto-blacking out the waveform display when adding a volume envelope!??? WTF!

Oh, after Ctrl+A, you have to hit Ctrl+S twice, not once, sorry.
