I am stuck,
 
I have a brand new PCIe424 card and a used MOTU 2408 MKII outboard unit but can't get Win 10 (home) or the MOTU setup program to see the interface. I have read the advice available in this forum and still no luck.
 
I have re-installed the MOTU Web UI setup (V2.0 + 71418) and tried again using the software first then the hardware second, but ...nothing.

I did eventually get the card to talk to windows by updating to Ver 4.06 .6614 on Motu.com/downloads, but had other problems with compatibility. I have moved on, thanks for looking.
