Hi there, three things:
 
1. Does anybody know how to delete "Group" in TH3 Cabinets IRs? It is getting messy when you have too many or misspell one and want to edit.
 
2. I can control wah and some knobs in a standalone TH3 with my VOX Tonelab LE, guitar multi FX with midi out (standalone Amplitube 3 wahs also work fine) . Also I can control many knobs and sliders in Sonar with it, but not TH3 (nor Amplitube 3) as plugin in Sonar. What am I doing wrong?
 
3. It is possible move wah pedals in TH3 with mouse wheel but it takes c. two full circles to get an equivalent of the simple foot swing. Is there a way to setup mouse wheel movement such way so quarter of a circle equals full swing of wah pedal?

Let me add one more thing to the 3rd (mouse wheel) question:
 
We can move sliders (like track sliders) in Sonar with mouse wheel. Where can you change settings that tell Sonar how certain mouse wheel moves should  translate to slider move. It seems there should be a way to make a setting in such way so for example: 20 deg upward wheel move is equal to slider moved up by say 3dB. Any idea?

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong but I've managed to control the TH3 plugin Wah using either the pitch or mod wheel on my MIDI keyboard (M-Audio Oxygen 8) so it should be possible with other controllers.
 
As for the mouse, you could try changing the mouse wheel sensitivity via Control Panel | Mouse | Wheel | Vertical Scrolling.  Not sure if that will work for TH3 but it's worth a try.

At the top of the plugin window there is a drop down menu that includes receiving midi. Check that box, then send the midi input to th3. I'm pretty sure I have videos for this on my YouTube channel. See links below.

When you say you control TH3 with midi keyboard do you mean TH3 in Sonar as VST? I mean I can do it too but in standalone mode only.

Also I changed drastically mouse settings in Windows control panel yet mouse wheel works in TH3 same way as before - almost three full rounds for one full wah pedal swing.

Thanks, I've done that. Point is midi control does not work when Th3 is launched as VST in Sonar. Midi control in standalone Th3 is fine.

I was able to get wah working in ReValver 4 and Guitar Rig 5, AT4, and AmpLion using this tip by Craig Anderton:
 
A MIDI Footpedal for Your Processor
The tip “Modeling a Vintage Wah” in the Signal Processing and DSP chapter explains how
SONAR was key to modeling a vintage Clyde McCoy wah pedal—and with proper parameter
settings for the Sonitus Wahwah effect based on analysis using SONAR’s built-in tools, you can
produce an effect that’s virtually indistinguishable from “the real thing.”
But there’s one problem: How do you control the wah parameter with a footpedal? The Sonitus
Wahwah has no MIDI learn, and the plug-in doesn’t even respond to MIDI. Fortunately there’s a
solution that allows for remote MIDI control, including pedal control, for various plug-in
parameters. Here’s the step-by-step; through the miracle of cut and paste with Windows’ Paint
program, the composite screen shot shows the various steps given below.

1. Choose your hardware footpedal controller and make sure that it (or the device “hosting” it)
shows up as a MIDI device in SONAR’s Preferences. Many guitar multieffects have a footpedal
that generates MIDI controller messages; another option is the volume pedal used for
keyboards, which will typically generate MIDI controller #4 messages. If the keyboard has a jack
for a pedal, plugging in a volume pedal will likely generate MIDI controller messages as well.
2. Open the Console View or the Inspector’s Track tab.
3. For the Console View, choose Options > FX > Show Assignable Controls. For the Inspector,
choose Display > Module Options > FX > Show Assignable Controls.
4. Four horizontal sliders appear in the FX Rack, which expose four parameters from the
currently selected plug-in. In this case, one of these is the parameter we want to control—Wah.
However, if the parameter you want to control doesn’t appear, right-click on a slider, choose
Reassign Control, and then click on the parameter you want to control.
5. Right-click on the Wah slider, then choose Remote Control.
6. Click on the Controller button.
7. Move your pedal, and then click the Learn button.
That’s all there is to it—and now you can control the wah with a footpedal. So whether you’re a
fan of disco, are asked to score an adult movie, have a cover band that does a version of “White
Room,” or just like to work the wah prior to feeding distortion to get those “hard sync” types of
sounds—you’re covered.

It's not exactly what you asked for, yet might be useful for some.
How to control Wah with your MIDI expression pedal:
1) Insert an instance of plugin you want to control. TH3 with a wah pedal in this case.
2) Enable MIDI input for this plugin.
3) Insert a MIDI only track, select your controller that has an expression pedal connected.
4) Assign MIDI track output to the plugin you want to control. TH3 in this case.
5) Inside the plugin interface click Learn and move your controller.

Yes, it works for me with TH3 as a VST plugin.
 
I essentially used the steps that Soundwise lists above.  For step 5, specifically, you right click on the wah pedal in TH3 and choose either "Learn Global MIDI" or "Learn MIDI for current preset".  Then it asks you to move the controller that you want to use twice and click OK.  After that, the controller moves the pedal.
