Super nice plugins , but is there no overall gain adjustment on the eq ?

If you click the Expert button, you'll see the Expert panel which has an "Out" control which adjusts the output gain.

Is that what you're looking for?

Anyone else found the EQ to be super CPU hungry? Seems uncalled for the amount the plug in slows the system, down when open and viewing the graphic.

This is a Mastering EQ, and is (mainly) to be used in the mastering stage. (It uses look-ahead function that introduce latency, If I understand correctly)
Have you tried to put it in non linear mode? It can be done by clicking the Expert button (left bottom), and choose non / low (not at my DAW now).
All the best.

Loving the L-Phase plug-ins so far.

But I was wondering -- would there be any harm in using the LP MB as a standard (i.e., non-multiband) compressor, by simply using a single band and expanding it across the full audio spectrum? Could this result in any foreseeable ill effects? Are there any underlying parameters to this MB (other than having multiple band functionality) that make it any different from a standard compressor?
