...When I go to my control panel and use the "Update Email" button, I fill out the required info but it always spits out a message that the change failed...

 
I would try the same thing again using a different browser.

I was able to contact Ryan, and he changed my email for me.  All is well again in my world.  ...well that part, anyway.

I'm having the same issue.  I created a PM for Ryan and tried to send it.  I got a message that the PM was sent successfully, however, when I look at my PM's I see a "0" for number of PM's sent.  I need assistance.
