I went to a company going out of business sale and I got a similar chair to the one that's in that Picture.  I paid 50.00 for the chair.   All I have to say is, this is one comfortable chair!

That's what I have in my office.....very comfortable.

The one I have at home is comfortable and have had it for a few years, but the arms don't go up (not very useful when playing my guitar)....I'm about to take it back to Costco and exchange for one with lifting arms.

I find it very hard to find a good chair to play guitar in and still has arms for whenever I'm just sitting.

I layed down the dough for one of these.  Super nice, and comes with or without arms.  I went without arms for guitar playing

I've been using a solid and height-adjustable Proel stool for years.

No arms, adjustment is done by a pin that can be slotted into a row of holes so there's no springs or shock absorbers to creak or lose tension and slowly collapse and the seat tilts a bit which helps comfort.

Before I used it I spent several years going through a variety of office-type adjustable chairs over a pretty wide price range and sooner or later found them all pretty useless in one way or another. The most expensive had the shortest lifespan before it took to creaking, slowly collapsing and making far too much noise.

Google "stool collapses on guitar player" and I bet you will reconsider that one.

I've got one of these kneeling chairs:

It allows the knees to support some of your weight, thus reducing the pressure on your spine. It's not much use if you want to play an instrument while seated, but it works well for sitting at a computer.
