Here is a little Bluesabilly type of number inspired by but not sounding like Heartbreak Hotel.  Yes, even though I went and got Studio One 3.5 (still on the exponential learning phase), I am using Sonar on this one.
 
As always comments, crit's, suggestions, etc. will be much appreciated.

Hi Daryl.  Thanks for the comments.  I recorded the vox dry and mainly in the mid's as I was trying to get a kind of hollow feeling to the vocals thinking that might add to the "blue" mood of the song.  I hope it worked.  Thanks again.

As soon as I get the audio interface working on my regular PC (I made the mistake of installing a new !@#*&#@! driver that is causing skips, hiccups, and popping), I'll give another listen and check out adding more verb.  I hope that we will be seeing more of the Distant Tower's songs on the forum in the coming year.  Have a very Happy New Year.
