I found it my account (as well), and I'm downloading it now.

Shouldn't have to go to your account.  If its released then it should be available in CCC.
The other early release product, CA-2A T-Type Leveling Amplifier is available.

 For those trying via C3, please run the "Check" and try again.  It should be visible now.  Reminder - please post Early Access issues to the Problem Reports Forum.

Just went to Cakewalk Command Center (about 10 a.m. eastern time on Friday 4/21) and found the April early release available (right click despite green indicator on Sonar then hover over rollback option to see full list, which is getting pretty long). I did not need to go to settings to run "Check."
 
I did not download/install right now due to competing priorities, but thought it might be useful to post that the availability is working as expected now (at least for me).

I got it via the CC just now.
