  • Has the Avid Artist Mix quiet motorfaders?

Since a half year I have the Behringer X-Touch Universal. Before the X-Touch I used the VS700-C
The motorfaders from the X-Touch are very noisy. They sound like a needle printer. This makes it impossible to listen to the mix.
So I often disable the faders which in the long run makes no sense. The VS-700 was quieter, but you can hear them too.

Has anyone experience with the Avid Artist Mix? Are the motorfaders quiet enough in order to focus to the mix? Maybe even a comparison to the VS700-C?
Otherwise I'll go back to the VS700-C. Although the place is missing on the table. Because I don't need any transport controls or buttons, I only need 8 faders. Therefor the Avid Artist Mix would be ideal.
(The VS-700-C still runs with Windows 10 x64 with a tricky installation)

Artist Series faders are about the same as the V-Studio IMO. However the final "clack" during a fast transition to 0 when the fader hits the end seems a little less with the Artist Series.

Thank you. I just ordered it.
On the website of the seller also someone writes that the Avid Artist Mix Controller is quieter than other DAW-Controllers. I have 30 days of return.
