Shad, I'm sure this comes as no surprise to anyone around here, but I've never heard it either.  lol  Ah-ha...early 70's.  I was still complaining that I had to take piano lessons.

Really liked the singing and that lead at the end was terrific. Not totally familiar with the tune, but as I age the less sure I am about a lot of things!

I think the issue some are hearing with the mix is the drums, which don't work sonically with the rest of the tracks. A more natural kit would improve things dramatically.

Thanks for the comments everyone. This is one of Ed's best mixes in my opinion. He just keeps getting better. I real easy guy to work with also. I've always loved working with James. He just flat always brings the goods!

Try it now James. Thanks for the observation. My parallel compression on the drums was way too high. DOH!!!
