It can be tricky to determine what source channel is routed to input 2 of, for example, a compressor plugin.
 
Therefore, it would be nice if the input 2 could be displayed - and maybe even selected - in the common VST bar that is shown at the top of every plugin. (This is how it works in ProTools, check it out, it's very convenient...)
