I did it! Matt was right, my project is 24 96 but interface is 44,1. I turned sample rate to 96 and chose routing preset "Mixing" as he said. All works great, nice sound, Thank you all very much!

7th of June I will take it on my gig, it will be baptizing

Had to set Preferences\Playback and Recording\Driver Mode > From WDM to ASIO.

This is a new install and sonar has all defaults.

Glad to see you got your solution. I've been getting that window when starting SPLAT, but other than having to click
"use anyway" (regarding drivers being used though I don't know what that would be?!?!), it hasn't caused any (other) issues.
