How come when I search on Google that there very few, if any, links to "current Sonar" documentation, rather all the first links are for X3 and X2/X1? It almost doesn't matter what you search. Even if you go directly to the Cakewalk's web site and search, you'll get Sonar X2/X3 material first all most instances.

Suggestion:
1) update your robots.txt file to no longer index legacy products
2) make sure that robots.txt does not preclude "Current Sonar"

To see the problem try to search for "Cakewalk Sonar Automation": Every single of the first 15 hits are for X1, X2 or X3 going back to at least 2010. That makes no sense.

Please!
Allan

While waiting for the situation to change, removing the X version number usually returns a valid URL for the current version of SONAR. For example:
https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR X3&language=3&help=Automation.08.html
point the the X3 page and removing the " X3"
https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3&help=Automation.08.html
points to the current version

Also the Cakewalk website can restrict search results to the current documentation.

I had not noticed the ability to restrict the search on CW's web site. Thanks for that hint!
