There are some very nice delays in Guitar Rig as well. Love the tape delay and Psychedelay.
Regarding EchoBoy and the complaints that the options are "too much" - I did think that at the beginning, but once you get the hang of what they all do, no other delay allows you to customize your repeats and echos as much as this one. You can leave the advanced settings at default if you just want regular delay sounds, but they are always there if you want to, say, have different levels of feedback for the highs and the lows, or smear the repeats, or create a custom pattern of early reflections to simulate a reverb, or apply tape wobble, or saturate the feedback, or tailor the stereo width of the delays to fit precisely in the mix. The more I use EchoBoy the less I reach for other delays tbh.
