I am using Sonar Producer 8.5 with Windows 7   i 7 processor  16 gb ram 
 
I cant get to finish a project especially when i bounce down to audio
 
the message says
 
a fatal error has occurred a  crash dump file has been created

Go to the Windows Event Viewer. Chances are you'll find what you need to know there, or a clue as to what caused the crash. If not, you can open a support ticket with CW and send them that crash dump. Open the event viewer and press CTL-F to open the Find dialog and type in "sonarplt.exe".
