OK, I kind of have a fix, after a couple of days of research.
Step One: Make sure you know the Global channel for the Integra. The default is channel 16, but you need to go into the System submenu to find out, that requires hitting "Menu", "System", "Midi" and then you can see the Studio Set Control Channel, which should be 16.
Step Two: Create a new Midi track in your sequence labeled something like "Integra Control Channel", assign it to your Integra, and then make sure that channel 16 is selected. If you do choose a control channel, make sure that you write the change to memory by hitting "Write" and "Edit" at the same time from the System submenu.
Step Three: You need to create three events, starting at 1:01:001 of your sequence, and separated in time by 1 beat:
Control event, Controller number 0, Value 85
Control event, Controller number 32, Value 0
Patch change event, type "normal", Value between 1 and 16.
The value you choose for the patch change will call up one of 16 Studio Sets.
Step Four: Edit your choice of Studio Set so that the instruments and their assigned Midi channel work for you. For example, Studio Set 6 is Rock Band, and I modified the second part so that the Midi channel is 2 and the part type is Bass (I always use Channel 2 for bass). Make sure that you write the changes to memory when you are done. Then, make sure that your bass instrument in your sequence is using Channel 2 and that it is assigned to the Integra.
You should be able to copy the Track containing the Integra Control Channel Studio Set settings on Channel 16 to other Midi sequences.
One issue is that using this approach individual volume and patch settings for the instruments in the Studio set don't work from the console, so you may have to set your volume using the dreaded controller 7 in the Event View screen.
