Yes, it involves using the Loop Construction window but turning off the stretching options. I've written about this several times; "The Big Book of SONAR Tips" covers the subject in detail, but

Sound on Sound should get you in the ballpark - look at the "Fine-Tuning Varispeed" section. When done properly, there will be no artifacts. However, if you pitch up, the end result will be shorter. So, use the Time Stretch tool to restore the desired length, then bounce the clip to itself to invoke the high-fidelity, offline stretch algorithm.
