I have no idea how  it happened. Was working with colours and tried the Mercury Theme. Then I reverted to Tungsten. I also started to edit a theme, but did not apply it.
 
Then I suddenly noticed that the Track Pain Ruler has no numbers and it pretty well useless to me.
 
Anybody? Help? Please?
