The installers are in your Cakewalk account and the Command Center. You should have made a backup of the installers last November when Gibson shutdown Cakewalk operations.

Personally, I make copies of every installer made available to me regardless of the manufacturer. The fact that some choose to host their installers is convenient but not a substitute for having my own copies.

ditto that. That is why all the questions. To quote Carole King, "it's too late baby now, it's too late." I also missed out on the lifetime upgrades - but that turned out ok I guess. Thanks for all the trouble.

The installers should be in your Cakewalk account and in the download folder on your PC, if you used Cakewalk Command Center to download. Regardless of the install method SONAR must be activated.

thank you. Still not quite what I am looking for. It is activated and installed. But how do you download an actual copy with all libraries, etc. to keep for further use. All I see is an update section and I of course am already running the latest which was sometime back.

Not to stir things up but ...

The question still lingering, is what will the future be for the legacy Sonar activation servers (online/offline) that are necessary even when you have the files on-hand to re-install Sonar with.  All we know for now is that we have been told that they will continue to function as is, until further notice.  Probably not an issue ...

Nothing has change WRT installing Platinum www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3&help=Introduction.30.html

The Cakewalk Command Center is the easiest way to install Platinum. Save some time and copy the installers into the CCC Download folder if you have them saved somewhere.

Worked perfectly with zero hassles.  Copying what I had already did indeed save a LOT of time!

Now that I have all the latest downloads, I'm gonna save them in the cloud.

Thanks!
