I have it all set up as instructed, with 15 tracks. If I choose Track 15, I get what looks like the right Drum Map. But there is no sound. The Level Meter shows for the MIDI Track 15, but somehow the signal is not getting through to Track 1, because there is no activity there.
 
The output of Ch15 can be AD2-2, AD2-1, or AD2-Standard, none of them activates the Master Track. Only if I chose AD2-Standard do I get the right drum map. The Inputs of Track 1 can only be AD2-2, AD2-1
