Since XLN-Audio has taken down their forum I figured I would look for help here.
Here it goes:
 
I am trying to authorize my recently purchased Adpak of Soul R&B. Once I downloaded the kit and opened AD2, the kit is shown as "preview". All my other products are authorized and working. I have attempted the re-authorize process with no success. I have also completely removed all my XLN products, uninstalled XLN online installer, removed all remaining folders and directories and reinstalled with all my product except Soul R&B available. Please help me resolve this issue.
